Royal LePage Élite

Royal LePage Élite in Beaconsfield wanted to maximize the display in its office located in the Beaconsfield shopping centre following major renovation work. ITESmedia consulted with Jim Lennon's team to set up the IMMOmedia solution in the window of the new conference room.

Since December 2008, the conference room window display features 2 large screens that use IMMOmedia DISPLAY  module to advertise all property listings.

By implementing IMMOmedia, Mr. Lennon was able to take advantage of the high-level traffic from a neighbouring supermarket, display his property listings, and boost the visibility of his agents by broadcasting up-to-date information.

Royal LePAGE Tradition

Royal LePage Tradition wanted to replace binders at the office. ITESmedia consulted with Serge Hamelin and his team to integrate the IMMOmedia solution.

Since the summer of 2007, the Boucherville and Varennes offices have two screens each: a large screen using the IMMOmedia DISPLAY module to advertise all property listings and a touch screen with the IMMOmedia INTERACTIVE module allowing potential homebuyers to perform their own searches.

The IMMOmedia solution allowed Mr. Hamelin to enhance the overall experience of his customers by providing them with real-time up-to-date information at their fingertips.

       

Royal LePage Mauricie

The goal of Royal LePage Mauricie in Trois-Rivières was to set up a new kiosk at the Carrefour de Trois-Rivières-Ouest shopping centre. ITESMedia advised the team led by Louis Marcoux on the integration of the IMMOmedia application at the kiosk mounted onto the actual shopping centre walls.

Since December 2007, the new kiosk has two large display screens, which use the IMMOmedia DISPLAY module to advertise property listings, and a touch screen with the IMMOmedia INTERACTIVE module that allows potential customers to browse and perform quick and detailed searches.
