The graphic interface was fully designed and customized for RE/MAX McGILL L’ESPACE LIFESTYLE. In addition to interactive (IMMOmedia INTERACTIVE) and display (IMMOmedia DISPLAY), modes, the project also includes a personalized interactive questionnaire.

The new facilities exemplify the optimal integration of technology into the real estate environment. They support and determine the overall marketing strategy.

  


 

RE/MAX D'Abord

RE/MAX D'Abord, located in Sherbrooke, wanted to modernise its kiosk at Carrefour de l’Estrie with the implementation of the IMMOmedia system.

Since winter 2008, the new kiosk is equipped with 6 screens: 4 large screens running the IMMOmedia DISPLAY module to display all property listings sorted by sector from agency offices in Sherbrooke and Magog; 2 touch screens equipped with the IMMOmedia INTERACTIVE interface allowing potential customers to browse and perform quick and detailed searches.

Mr. Rivard says that the implementation of the IMMOmedia system at its booth located at the Carrefour de l’Estrie, allowed him to revamp his booth and cause more traffic from consumers who are attracted by the IMMOmedia screens showing all its property listings.

’’In addition, with the automatic updates of listings, IMMOmedia allows us to provide customers accurate information, which became virtually impossible with our old manual system of binders.’’

Mr. Rivard suggests that brokers, who use IMMOmedia interactive kiosks, provide their agents with training by Sophie-Gérin Lajoie from the Clientête firm, since this training its turnover boosted by 30% at his kiosk.


RE/MAX de la Pointe

André Théorêt is currently using IMMOmedia in his shopping centre kiosk. He had two specific goals in mind:

  1. Replace his existing kiosk with a streamlined model that would include large screens to display his property listings and boost the visibility of his agents.

  2. Ensure a constant virtual presence, allowing potential homebuyers to use the touch screen to search property listings using various selection criteria, and contact listing agents by e-mail.

Anne Beaumier uses IMMOmedia INTERACTIVE with two touch screens at her shopping centre kiosk. She had two goals in mind when she opted for the IMMOmedia solution, namely:

  1. Eliminate the use of binders, as updating them had become not only challenging and costly, but less effective with new clientele.

  2. Make all property listings at her office available and allow potential buyers to perform searches by region, city, type of residence, or price.

RE/MAX Francheville deactivated its e-mail feature since an agent is now always available on site.

The goal of RE/MAX Extra in Beloeil was to simplify the management of agent photos displayed at the office entrance. Since spring 2008, the agency has been using the IMMOmedia DISPLAY module on a wall-mounted 32” screen to boost the visibility of its agents and properties for sale.

The agency has enjoyed the numerous advantages provided by IMMOmedia, such as automated updates of all agent and property listing information, a process requiring no intervention on their part.

 




    

RE/MAX Royal (Jordan)

RE/MAX Royal (Jordan), with offices in Vaudreuil and L’Île-Perrot, wanted to refresh and simplify the management of photo displays in its office windows. Since fall 2008, the broker has been using IMMOmedia DISPLAY module on a 46” LCD screen mounted in the window to advertise its agents and property listings 24 hours a day.

The agency can reach potential clients from outside while increasing the visibility of its properties, to the great delight of both customers and agents.
